I love Harry Potter. Lots of grown adults do, so if you're one of the people that think that Harry Potter is a bunch of children's drivel, you've obviously been living in a hole since the late 90's. I won't go in to how brilliant J.K. Rowlings's seven part series is, or how I can't wait to see what she will write next. This post is simply to request...no, BEG! ON MY SHORT, HOBBITTY KNEES! That Hollywood please.. Pleasepleaseplease..use your two remaining movies wisely.
So far, I think the heart of each book has been preserved on the silver screen. Love is the greatest magic force of all, Good always triumphs over evil, albeit in round about ways. What has been lacking are those minute, important details that make the seventh book, and ultimately the integrity of the entire Harry Potter franchise what it should be.
After watching the 6th movie, and realizing that even though the ending had been written and the story was now complete before it's release, things were missing that I felt carried alot of weight in the end of the books. Details that are so important, that if left out, movie goers will be cheated from the amazing writing and storytelling of J.K. Rowling.
So Hollywood! If you're listening! PLEASE KEEP THE INTEGRITY OF MY BOOKS! Tie up all those lose ends that have been kept open, and allow the movie goers that aren't the readers, to expirience the Epicness of this series.
You'd make this fan very, very happy! :)
